Orders with selected expedited Overnight, 2-Day, or 3-Day shipping options must be placed before 12:00pm CST in order to be shipped same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped next business day.

All standard orders placed before 2:00pm CST will typically leave our facility via UPS or USPS, within 1-2 business days. Transit times depend on your location and can vary from 1-2 business days to 5-6 business days. Transit times increase during the holidays. All orders are shipped from our location in Beaumont, TX. 

We will do our best to accommodate the customer on changes and adjustments to an order, however we cannot guarantee this will happen. We strive to get orders out as quick as possible and once your order has been processed, it is final.

During check-out, the shipping window provided next to the selected carrier service only applies once the carrier service has scanned your order at our facility. It does not include the time it takes RTO to process and fulfill your order.

For all orders, if your tracking shows delivered and you have not received your package, please allow one more business day. If it still has not arrived after one business day, please contact the carrier for additional tracking information.
